Der Autor: Alfred Scheidler wurde 1964 in Tirschenreuth geboren. Von 1984 bis 1989 studierte er Rechtswissenschaft an der Universität Bayreuth. 1992 trat er in die bayerische innere Verwaltung ein und ist seit 1998 Bau- und Umweltjurist am Landratsamt Neustadt a. d. Waldnaab. Dort ist er u. a. zuständig für Genehmigungsverfahren auf Europas größtem Truppenübungsplatz Grafenwöhr.
