National Immigration Reform Act A Proposal for Congressional ReviewImmigration Reform is a matter that should concern us all as a society. Addressing illegal immigration and placing a firm system in place that discourages illegal immigration and provides a fair pathway to citizenship, would solve many social and economic issues. This proposed Act provides the framework for such a system and ensurers that all debts are paid to the American Government and the American People. It would also pave the way for much needed reform, in regards to our diminishing infrastructure.
