Author Information

Dr Mohammed Ihsan is a Senior Research Fellow at the Defence Studies Department in King's College, London and an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Exeter College of Social Sciences and International Studies. He was minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government from 2000 to 2014. He holds a PhD in International Law (2001) and another PhD in Arab and Islamic Studies (2014). He has authored various articles and books on Kurdistan and Iraq.
