Currently, Dr. Rajput serves as the Head of the Soil Laboratory and a Leading Researcher (Associate Professor) at the Academy of Biology and Biotechnology, Southern Federal University, Rostov, Russia. With over 15 years of research experience, he has contributed significantly to the fields of soil microbiology, bioremediation, and agricultural sustainability. Dr. Rajput's career includes pivotal roles such as Senior Research Fellow at the Central Soil Salinity Research Institute, India, where he led projects focused on bioremediation of wastewater contaminated with heavy metals.
