Les nanoparticules d'argent anisotropes ont été synthétisées à l'aide d'une méthode simple, efficace et respectueuse de l'environnement, en présence d'extrait de Taxus baccata comme agent réducteur et stabilisant. Les nanoparticules colloïdales monodispersées ont été caractérisées par différentes méthodes, notamment la spectroscopie UV-Vis, la SEM, la TEM, l'AFM, l'EDS, la FTIR, la TGA, la DLS et le Zetasizer. Après avoir étudié l'activité anticancéreuse des nanoparticules sur les lignées cellulaires cancéreuses MCF-7, Caov-4 et HeLa à l'aide du test MTT, leur mécanisme a été étudié plus en détail par cytométrie en flux et PCR en temps réel.
