F.B. Coffey is a dad of 2 awesome daughters a 5 1/2 & 3 years old. Name That Alphabet came about while helping his girls learn their alphabet via flash cards. He noticed that his 3 year old was able to confidently identify every letter of the alphabet by using the names of her classmates. Noticing the confidence displayed by his 3 year old F.B. got a list of names his children were already familiar with and made the first book to see if she was able to learn new names for the letters. F.B. Coffey saw how excited his daughters were when they saw their names and the names of friends and other loved ones in a book, represented by a letter of the alphabet. Coffey then put the 1st book together and tested it among parents and teachers in his community to get their feedback. The response was so overwhelmingly awesome that he published his first series called Little Monsters and the rest is history. Name That Alphabet was created to help children gain confidence while learning the alphabet and get excited about reading.
