OverviewShe sang with some of the biggest names in rock - now she tells the story behind the music. Her years of touring with Pink Floyd, Sting, and Pat Benatar brought private jets, bright lights, and the illusion of having “made it.” But behind the glamour, Machan Taylor was quietly unraveling and searching for the self she was yet to find. Naked Out Loud is a raw, soul-baring ride of unflinching honesty and luminous grace about fame, reinvention, and ultimately finding peace. It’s the story of a woman who turned heartbreak into healing - and learned that the greatest performance is living your own truth. Until, finally, she couldn’t! –Margaret Daisley, Blue Horizon Books Sting, David Gilmour, Pat Benatar, Miles Davis and many others have recognized Machan's gift, and Naked Out Loud tells the compelling story behind it with candor and grace. –Mike Errico, Music, Lyrics, and Life: A Field Guide for the Advancing Songwriter Machan speaks right to you, weaving the deep as the sea benefits she gained from her discoveries with psychedelics into her rich life story.
