OverviewThis book expands on the Implementation of Arduino projects with a focus on adding systems to N scale layouts. However, all these projects are applicable to other scales such as HO. The books project starts simple and then examines signal control, turnout control, adding multiple Java Model Railroad Interface nodes, fast clocks, and a Digital Command Control system. Some more intermediate coding aspects are also explored including using the Milli command sequence and switch-case in the code with break command. Arduinos are tools and techniques that can enhance the modeler's capabilities, railroad operations, and allow them to create unique models or animations. The focus of this book is to explain these tools and then expand on the use along with sharing lessons learned. The authors hope that approaching a modeling project with the concept of using and learning new techniques will enhance and expand the readers enjoyment.
