Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationKenneth Randy Horn is an author, artist and publisher whom owns SpectraGraf Publishing Co. since March, 2012. Randy, as he's known to friends and family, studied the various visual arts at San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, CA, College of the Sequoias in Visalia, CA and attended the Bob Ross School of Art in Portland, OR. In 1988, in Exeter, CA, Randy formed KANDU! Graphics, specializing in screen-printed graphics and signage. In 1991, Randy moved his business to Crescent City, CA, where he continued his education, research and practice in the fields of photography, sculpture and casting to produce a strong line of products which included pen & ink artwork based on photographs taken around his beloved Pacific Northwest, sculptures in wood, stone and resin depicting local subjects and private life-casting in various mediums. When Randy returned to Exeter, in 2012, he was injured in an accident and found himself in a wheelchair, permanently. Spending a great deal more time at his desk, he turned to his graphic design training and switched gears in art. This is when he embarked on his career as a digital artist and as an author, concentrating on both electronic art books and children's interactive books. He found that other authors needed his skills and talents for cover design, illustrations, compilation and publishing. So began his present and successful SpectraGraf Publishing Co.
