""I couldn't sleep so I started this sweet story and I'm glad I did! The way that I went through all these emotions - joy, surprise, sadness, annoyance! That's the mark of a story well done in my opinion. Mia is really struggling to be authentic, to be 'good enough' and the way that's told through something a lot of people can understand makes all of her indecision and back and forth relatable and not just fluff or a commentary. Jack is so grounding and steadfast - but not without depth and emotions. I think similar to Mia it also annoyed me at first but Barbara really helps you understand and appreciate being present and grounded right along with the characters.
