Overview

The night before we're supposed to move in together, my boyfriend dumps me - in the middle of a crowded restaurant. Homeless and without a ride home, I do what any sane woman would do: I flatten his tires. Yep, all four of them. He cared far more about that stupid car than he ever cared about me. Surprisingly, the cops show up, and I manage to avoid getting arrested. Instead, it's Giovanni Rossi, the sexy cop with a smile brighter than the whole darn town, who offers me his spare room.
