Her parents Adrianne and Errol Hess were both English majors. Her mother reads three books a week and her father was a founding editor of The Sow's Ear Poetry Magazine. When the five children came into adulthood, Maggie Hess looked around at her intelligent and self made siblings, among them a doctor, a transgender rights activist, a computer scientist, and a multitasking artist extraordinaire. Maggie Hess nearly gave up finding her own career path, since all of the good ones were already taken in her family. Finally, after a lot of self exploration, she decided to look inward at what she already was good at herself. Maggie found poetry. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
