Overview

Sometimes I wonder what I have done to the world to be condemned to this unjust sentence of suffering and despair at the hands of a man, the father of my three children, who continually and for no particular reason assumed the role of being my executioner although I did everything possible to be his beloved wife, and mother of his children who was always there to support and comfort him in times of disorder and difficulty, quench his thirst, feed his hunger and satisfy his need for company at all times. Is it fair that we, loyal and hard-working wives and mothers, have to suffer all that violence from those men who are supposed to be our partners and protectors in this whole divine business of raising a family that God has given us?
