Penny Weber is a full-time artist and illustrator based in Long Island, New York.As a child she taught herself to use colored pencils and watercolors. Recently she has taught herself how to use photoshop. Penny attended classes at the School of Visual Arts in New York after which she has pursued her career as an illustrator. Penny's work over the years includes residential murals, greeting cards, portraits, caricatures and pet portraits. She creates digital illustrations that have a unique hand-drawn look. Penny has illustrated many successful children's picture books. She illustrated ""Will You Fill My Bucket? Daily Acts of Love Around the World,"" written by Carol McCloud and Karen Wells.
