Overview

I was born in Shanghai, China. Educated in Shanghai, graduated from Kwang Hua University. Worked at the airline, Civil Air Transport, Taipei, Taiwan, twelve years. Studied food science at the University of Hawaii. Owned and cooked at my restaurant, Paradise Garden, fourteen years. Had a side job, Real Estate Agent. Worked as secretary at Chinese Lutheran Church in Honolulu five years. Taught ESL at McKinley School for Adults 27 years. Published Chinese book, Time Fleeting, Graces Remain (December 1990). I wrote the present book as appreciation for God's Graces.
