Andraski is the founder of Collaborative Energizer, LLC, a boutique supply chain consulting firm specializing in collaborative business practices, change management, trust, and building effective and efficient organizations. He has served as the president and CEO of VICS (Voluntary Interindustry Commerce Solutions), as senior vice president of OMI, and in several executive positions with Nabisco. He has been an affiliate at Pennsylvania State University's Center for Supply Chain Research since its inception. Joe is considered to be among the retail industry's thought leaders, and his work has been recognized by Penn State, Michigan State University, Syracuse University, and his alma mater, the University of Scranton. Among the numerous recognitions he has received for his contributions to the retail industry and the logistics and supply chain management professions are the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals Distinguished Service Award, the VICS Milliken Achievement Award, and the Salzberg Medallion.
