Author Information

Sadaf Farooqi is an author of Islamic non-fiction advice books, based in Pakistan. As a young Muslim girl, she took a stand to fight against the cultural obstacles prevalent in her local society, in order to choose to wear the hijab, abaya, and the niqab. It was definitely not an easy decision to make, much less stick to in the long run. By writing this book, Sadaf has tried to make it easier for other young Muslim girls and women around the world, to make the same decision regarding their choice of dress. And to stick to it -- with grit!
