Author Information

Samuel Prophete is a native of Haiti living in St. Louis, Missouri. After witnessing the power of children's literature with his own kids he wanted to write books to create that experience for the children in Haiti. Writing books in English, French and Creole, he hopes these books will encourage learning and growth in the youth of Haiti. He also hopes these books will create cultural awareness and pride for Haitian families living outside of the country.
