Overview

This is a cute, short story that children will like to read about two children bragging about their respective pets. The little boy is convinced that dogs are the best pets and that his dog in particular is a pet of distinction because of it's tremendous abilities. The little girl on the other hand is sure that cats are the best pets and that her's is superior to all other pets due to it's awesome abilities. As the two children each take turns trying to one-up the other, the discussion quickly becomes a highly exaggerated affair. Before long the two children are making up abilities that their pets do not posses and adding embellishment to those that they do posses. In the end, they both decide that their pet is the best for themselves because the pet loves them as much as they love their pets.
