Author InformationSue Tredget grew up in Northern Ireland and now lives in Western Australia with her husband, two boys and her cavoodle, Ellie. She began writing during a year off from her job as a language teacher in 2014, after which she returned to teaching on a more flexible basis so that she could continue writing and pursue her other interests. These include travel, particularly to France, Italy and Spain, and working as a volunteer Speaker/Ambassador for the not-for-profit organisation beyondblue to raise awareness about mental health, increase community understanding and help break down stigma. Sue has also written a non-fiction book about her journey through depression and anxiety, and a collection of poems, both of which are soon to be published.
