Ali's chief sparring partner and confidante, he acted as a personal bodyguard throughout his brother's career. Retired from competing as a heavyweight himself, he currently lives in Louisville, Kentucky. Fiaz Rafiq has written acclaimed biographies on Bruce Lee, Muhammad Ali, and Arnold Schwarzenegger. For fifteen years, he was a columnist for the bestselling combat-sports magazine MAI, and he has worked as a professional sports and entertainment contributing writer for prominent newspapers, Fighters Only, MMA Uncaged, Men's Fitness, Muscle & Fitness, the movie-magazine Impact, and the authorized documentary How Bruce Lee Changed the World.
