This book is a follow up to Debbie Samson's autobiography, ""A Recipe for C-PTSD & PNES"". Although she was in a peaceful place at the end of her book, C-PTSD wouldn't allow her to stay there. In ""My Body Remembered"" Debbie invites you into her healing journey using Psychedelic Cannabis Assisted Self-Therapy (PCAST(c)). She outlines the Steps she followed, on her own, to work through the healing process. She gives insight into the ""7 Steps of Healing Trauma with PCAST"". During a deeply spiritual treatment with Psychedelic Cannabis Debbie was inspired to rewrite the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, and shares her personal, no holds barred take on these Steps, and how she used them to heal. As the author's personal journey unfolds she discovers the powerfulness of her intuition and the synchronicities which have led her to uproot a lifetime of trauma.

Debbie A. Samson has been called to share a message of healing with others. For over a decade, she spiralled into the depths of despair as complex posttraumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD), including psychogenic non-epileptic seizures (PNES) consumed her life. Pharmaceuticals pushed her trauma deeper into her nervous system, and healing seemed impossible.Using her twenty-five-year career as a counsellor, her education and experience, Debbie was determined to find a way to heal. As Debbie's family says, ""She is a pioneer and will help heal the world for generations to follow."" After logging over five hundred hours of PCAST(c), Debbie gave up counting and just allowed psychedelic cannabis to guide her through the healing process. Her childhood abuse and trauma are now a distant memory whichno longer control her life. Although not a journey for the faint-hearted, it is a journey she would happily travel again to reap the benefits of overcoming the debilitating symptoms of C-PTSD.
