OverviewIn the beautiful port city of Thessaloniki, young father Alexandros lives with his wife and son as he studies philology at the University of Thessaloniki. Alexandros and his wife could be content with their lives - but it's 1940 and World War II rages right outside their door. Before long, he and his family involve themselves in espionage and the resistance during the Nazi Occupation of Greece to protect the homeland they love. As tensions rise abroad and at home, the family must separate to stay alive.
