H. Dale Hall has over 45 years of natural resource conservation experience. He worked his way up to become Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, then CEO of Ducks Unlimited, Inc. He was named Conservationist of the Year twice, received formal commendations from the governors of three states, and has published Compelled, a history of conservation in the U.S.
