Musings On Issues In The News (Volume 2) is a collection of published essays on several media outlets over a period of time on critical issues that pertain to the Nigerian state. Despite the vagaries and fluidities inherent in Nigerian politics, the issues remain the same. The failure of the politicians to address the issues which keep changing from one form to another, is what has rendered the country impotent, unable to live up to her potentials and fulfil her manifest destiny. Some of these issues include corruption, insecurity, terrorism, restructuring, minimum wage, military, elections, fiscal federalism, among many others. This is not another book that rehashes the numerous problems that plague the Nigerian state. It is a book of panaceas.
