Overview

The first morning Frank Riley is running the Rockledge Inn in charming Wohaikan, a small town in Northern Virginia, the body of a local health inspector washes up on the dock by the Rockledge. Riley becomes the police's first suspect and though he's new to Wohaikan, he must connect with the town's quirky residents and unravel the postcard-worthy town's secrets to clear his name and stop the real killer. Fortunately, some of the town's residents give him a hand and he has a secret weapon in his trusty dog, Flea Flicker.
