A woman walked into a bar...In any other bar, she might have gone unnoticed, but this was Buzz's Tavern, the go-to place in the eighties for persons of the paranormal persuasion. That makes me Buzz. Species: Werewolf, and Eileen Dubois was one hundred percent human. When she asked me to help locate her missing brother, I found it impossible to say no. Imagine our surprise when Evan's ghost joined us in our search. It would have been nice if he remembered how he died. Then again, when we found his body, he wasn't looking too good, so the amnesia might have been a blessing. There we were - a Werewolf, a human, and a ghost - working together to figure out why someone thought Evan deserved to die. To be honest, the more I got to know the ghost, the easier it was to see how he could drive a man to murder. But with the cops focused on me, I'd have to call in a favor or two from some unlikely sources, all without letting Eileen know about my canid counterpart. Time was running out. We needed to solve this mystery before Fallen Cross's finest permanently pinned the crime on me - and before Eileen got caught in the real murderer's crosshairs and joined her brother on the other side.
