Overview

This book is designed to introduce students to the concept of multiplication. It includes pages with illustrations and practise pages for tables. This book gives students the opportunity to become familiar with multiplication tables through numerous activities. The teacher/ tutor has a wide range of pages to choose from when he/ she is doing this work with students.This book was created by Lorraine Dunne. Lorraine is the mother of one boy and she trained as a secondary school teacher and Guidance Counsellor. The courses she completed include a B. A. in Humanities, a Higher Diploma in Education, a Higher Diploma in Guidance and Counselling, a Dyslexia tutoring course, a Diploma in Life Coaching as well as a number of T.E.F.L. courses. She gained a vast amount of experience over an eleven year period working as a teacher in various educational settings and with different age groups. She also worked as a Guidance Counsellor between two schools and a Youthreach Centre for two years. She currently develops educational materials and resources for children and students.
