PATRICK ARTISIEN-MAKSIMENKO is a Consultant in International Business, specialising in economic and political risk analysis in Central and Eastern Europe; he also teaches International Business and East European Economics at the University of Cardiff, UK. He has authored and edited seven books on foreign investment in Eastern Europe and taught at undergraduate, postgraduate and post-experience levels in Europe, North America and South East Asia.
