Dr. Ernesto Exposito is associate Professor at Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) and Researcher at ""Laboratoire d'Analyse et d'Architecture des Systèmes"" (LAAS) - CNRS, team SARA - Toulouse, France. Jorge Gómez-Montalvo obtained his Ph.D. degree in Computer Sciences in 2012 delivered by the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Toulouse. During his Ph.D. studies, he made his research work at at the Laboratory of Analysis and Architecture of Systems in Toulouse, France. He has a B.Sc. degree from the Autonomous University of Yucatan in Mexico where he is a lecturer and researcher at this moment. He obtained his M.Sc. degree from the Center for Scientific Research and Higher Education of Ensenada, Mexico. His research interest includes Autonomous Frameworks for quality of service in distributed multimedia system as well as semantics for autonomous multimedia services as well as QoE-QoS mapping.
