Author Information

Fernanda Pinheiro has a BSc. in Molecular Sciences and a MSc. in Physics from the University of Sao Paulo. She obtained her PhD in Physics from Stockholm University in 2015, where she worked on collective phenomena in many-body quantum systems with applications to quantum simulation (the topics of this thesis). She is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Cologne, working on statistical physics approaches to biological evolution.
