Dr. Karim Fathi works in Berlin as a researcher, consultant and teacher in the fields of multidisciplinarity, resilience, conflict transformation and agility. He is currently a researcher at the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) on the topics of ""Transdisciplinary Complexity Management"" and ""Systemic Change"" and advises the Future Circle of the BMBF.
