I love how cute this story is! The mom is so grounded and real and *relatable* in how she approaches the situations in the book. Loved the illustrations too! I just got the Kindle version but will be purchasing the hardcover as a gift now as well. Great for a quick bedtime read with your littles! This is a wonderful book with lively and memorable text combined with amazing illustrations. Be on the lookout for some Easter eggs! Are you introducing chickens to your family's backyard?
