Este es un libro atípico. Sus textos abordan diferentes investigaciones que han aportado nuevo conocimien­to musical y nuevas obras a partir de otras disciplinas más relacionadas con la ciencia experimental. Tam­bién se profundiza en el hecho de que estas mismas investigaciones han servido para aumentar el conoci­miento científico gracias a la mezcla con la música. Esto se hace desde disciplinas poco comunes, como la genética, la botánica o la física de partículas. Se tratan materias como las matemáticas, la per­cepción cerebral o la inteligencia artificial, donde las compositoras y los compositores basan sus sistemas de creación en principios científicos. This is an unconventional book. José Manuel González empieza sus estudios musicales en Ronda (Málaga) en el Conservatorio elemental de música «Ramón Corrales» con el profesor José María Rivas. Fue galardonado con el Primer premio en el I Concurso de guitarra Homenaje a Vicente Espinel (Ronda). También es autor de diversos artículos para las revistas especializadas, así como de varias ediciones críticas de música para guitarra de Eduardo Sainz de la Maza. Es profesor de guitarra y, como investigador, pertenece a la Asociación para el Estudio de la Guitarra del Real. José Manuel González begins his musical studies at the ""Ramón Corrales"" Elementary Conservatory of Music. He was awarded the First Prize in the I Guitar Contest Tribute to Vicente Espinel. He is also the author of several articles for specialized magazines, as well as several critical editions of guitar music by Eduardo Sainz de la Maza. He is a guitar teacher and, as a researcher, belongs to the Real Guitar Study Association.
