Overview

It was June. The monsoon had just arrived, and along with it, the threat of a Cyclone named Jalebi. Only one member of the Iyer household has prior knowledge - Mr Molu the cat who is clueless about most things, except food and beds. What follows is a cascade of confusion, overreaction, and increasingly dramatic ""precautions,"" as Mrs Iyer's imagination runs miles ahead of reality, boats to Timbuktu included, while the rest of the world carries on quite normally outside. As thunder cracks and panic peaks, the entire family prepares for the worst...only to discover that the cyclone has passed them by. The aftermath is a picnic with leftover emergency snacks and a cat in a raincoat amusing everyone.Mr Molu's only takeaway from the day is that cyclone equals tuna treats.
