Moving Through: Lessons in Grief, Love, Courage, and Making Peace with the Past

Overview

The death of a spouse is a devastating moment that leaves one with the heavy tasks of grief and context. A list of questions awaits any survivor; from the mundane daily decisions to the larger existential conundrums about what comes next. Part memoir; part field guide; Moving Through offers unique insight to these questions. Author Dawn Elizabeth Waters draws from her experience and contemplation of these questions to offer a guide for grieving as well as a guide to moving past the past. These insights may not be the same for everyone but offer some hope. Despite grief; hope and the knowledge that there is a way through the journey to healing and happiness.
