Appalachian cooking has been around for many, generations. I am happy to share all the old recipes from the past with you. My love of Appalachia stems from growing up in the Appalachian Mountains of Western North Carolina in a small community called Spillcorn. My love of cooking southern delicacies comes from having grandmothers and a mother who taught me the old ways of cooking Appalachian cuisine.
