The words and phrases we use are so important to the well-being of our seniors, and the ways in which we motivate them. Pamela Stoltman has been professionally involved with senior activities for over two decades. Her stomping grounds are in Texas, where she received her undergraduate degrees in Humanities and Theater at the University of Texas at Dallas, and her Masters of Science Social Work (M.S.S.W.), at the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a Nationally Certified Activity Professional (A.D.C.), a Licensed, Certified Assisted Living Director (C.A.L.M.), and a licensed consultant in her field.
