Performance Programs Company's Mortgage Loan Originator License Exam Prep (MOLEP) is a 210-page modern learning tool designed to prepare mortgage loan originator candidates to pass the NMLS SAFE MLO licensing exam. MOLEP is comprehensive in that it contains both key content review and testing practice. The text review specifically follows the MLO National Test outline as promulgated by NMLS testing officials. This outline sets the standard for content coverage, test section weighting, and, essentially, what is on the MLO test. Over time, Performance Programs Company narrowed its focus to real estate textbook and exam prep publishing. Currently the Company's texts and prelicense resources are used in hundreds of schools in over 48 states. Mr. Mettling has authored over 100 textbooks, real estate prelicense programs and exam prep manuals. Ellen Barski has enjoyed a career as a writer, editor, and content developer for close to 30 years, the last eight of which have been in real estate-related education. She has written and developed pre-license, post-license, test prep, and continuing education courses in multiple states. Ellen takes great pride in empowering aspiring and seasoned professionals alike, guiding them towards achieving their career goals with confidence and expertise. As President and publisher of Performance Programs Company, Ryan Mettling is an accomplished online curriculum designer, author and textbook developer specializing in real estate, license training, and exam prep manuals.
