Book reviews June 21, 2017 I found this book, ""More than nine lives with God"" to be the most exceptional and inspiring of all, true miracle stories, I have read. His account of God's amazing spiritual infilling is truly astounding. You must read this story, it is so unique, thrilling and special. Connie Jolleff My name is Steve Walsh. I found his story sincere about God's incredible love and power in saving John's life many times, extraordinary. John moved from New Zealand to Australia with his parents at a young age. He noticed the landscapes and colours were totally different than in New Zealand but soon learned to love its unique character, so much so that he started to paint its landscapes by the age of eleven years, having been inspired by his mothers paintings. This became a lifelong hobby and success, selling paintings and prize winning during his life; also completing a Diploma in Commercial Art, exhibiting and running two Art galleries plus teaching art after moving from Melbourne to the Brisbane area. His many hobbies included archery, hunting, fishing, camping, poetry writing, and tennis, boating athletics and reluctantly going to Church with his family. However John was strangely plagued by misfortunes not through any his own intentions or any carelessness, where he was so close to losing his life around twenty times, however divine intervention stepped in to save him at the last moment. He realized he couldn't be alive today without this intervention including an incredible love infilling, all of which were miraculous. Thus he realized there was a purpose, to spread the word about Gods amazing power, unconditional love and reality. John is married with three children.
