Shannon is a mother of two rambunctious boys and a step-mother of four. She's a painter and artist who loves writing. She felt the need to relate to other moms while also helping kids gain a better understanding of their own moms. Although this is Shannon's first published children's book, she plans on continuing to write and connect with parents and children.
