oneyLaw (and beyond) examines two significant, current judicial topics: the benefits of Big Data analytics – in particular network analysis – to case law analysis, and the primary position of the monetary perspective in tort law. The book, accordingly, explores how network analysis can be utilised to assist legal researchers in identifying similar decision clusters and their respective precedents.
