JAMES HALL was born and raised in Harlem, USA. He has been in education for the past 30 years. Mr. Hall earned a B.A. in Political Science from New York State University at Potsdam, a M.A. in Urban Studies from Long Island University, and M.S. in General Sciences from New York City College. He has received numerous teaching awards, Science Fellowship Awards, and has written from the National Historical Society. He currently resides New York City.
