OverviewA young boy's attempts to have fun always end up making a humongous mess. After a long day of walking in on his chaotic misadventures and dealing with the clean up, his mother is feeling exhausted and maybe just a little bit crazy. Throughout the story she keeps saying, ""Oh no,"" as she grows more and more disheveled. Finally, in a heartwarming conclusion, tender patience and unwavering love win out. Through this story about the power of love in the midst of everyday activities gone wrong, you will enjoy a writing style that honors the mischief and rhyme of Dr. Seuss and the silliness of Robert Munsch. This sweet lively tale is full of surprises to delight children and parents alike. You'll want to read it again and again.
