He started his career as bucho at the Ishioka Ishikai clinic in the same year. He went back to Jyuntendo University to be assistant professor in 1992. There He promoted to lecturer, and then associate professor. He moved to Kansai Medical University as full Professor in 2005. He is the top researcher in the field of Pediatric and Nephrology. He is the bourd member of the Japanese Society for Pediatric Nephrology, Japanese society of Pediatric Radiology, Japanese society of Pediatric Urology, and Japanese society of Pediatric Psychiatry and Nephrology.
