Benoit Cohen, a French filmmaker living in New York learns that his mother Marie-France is about to welcome Mohammad, an Afghan refugee, into her mansion in the center of Paris where she lives alone. He wrote Yellow Cab, a book about this experience, which was published in May 2017 by Pointed Leaf Press. Mohammad, My Mother & Me, is his second book to be published in the United States.
