The book is geared to beginners and is bound to introduce many more people to the fun, relaxing, and challenging (in a good way!) art of rolling and shaping paper strips. Jess designed twenty contemporary projects in her simple, yet approachable style. Even those who have never considered working with paper in a dimensional way will be tempted to try the projects. She goes over the necessary tools and materials, as well as techniques in a clear, encouraging manner. Having always been passionate about everything arts and crafts, Jessica discovered the beautiful art of quilling back in 2015. After ordering her first quilling tool, she fell in love with it and her obsession grew, and from this Tilly Viktor quilling kits, papers, tools and tutorials were born! Jessica previously studied Art and Design at university and worked professionally as a print designer, spending ten years designing prints for many leading brands of UK fashion, growing her quilling business in the background of her fashion career. She sells her kits and designs on her own website, Etsy and on HobbyMaker TV, where she has a weekly show. She has also designed and written quilling projects for the HobbyCraft blog and Creativity magazine. Jessica lives in the West Midlands, UK. This is her first book with Search Press.
