John Gadd has been involved in pig production for 40 years both at commercial and grassroots levels. He is the recipient of the prestigious Agricultural Business Writer of the Year Award, the publisher of Technical Pig Production magazine, and the author of Pig Production: What the Textbooks Don't Tell You.
