Author Information

Dr. Patrick T. Pillah is a senior lecturer in the Department of Public Administration. He has served in various ministries, departments, agencies (MDAs) of the Nigerian government for over thirty years, and currently a member of the governing council, Veritas University, Abuja, Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He is a distinguished fellow of the Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria (IPAN) and the Occupational Health and Safety Association (OSHA) in the UK, as well as a member of the Institute of Personnel Management in Nigeria. He earned a PhD in Public Administration and Public Policy Analysis, with a research focus on public-service administration.
