Overview

ALL patterns have been created by the author/designer, mostly from computer software. They are a series of mandalas and also some garden themed designs. Coloring has proven to be a very relaxing past-time for many adults and in fact children as well. It is a joy to sit and relax, colour and also be able to converse at the same time. When creating your own patterns it is often difficult to be social as well. The theme for this book came about from my love of drawing, painting and other crafts. Personally I love drawing, painting and coloring flowers but I also adore working with colors and experimenting with their different combinations. I encourage you to do the same in this book. You will find it easier to get shading with coloured pencils or pastels but you will get brighter colors with pens. If you wish to colour with paints I would suggest you photocopy your page and work on thicker paper. Images have been left without a border so you can extend the pattern if you wish.
